Global Seasonal Climate Update

The WMO Global Seasonal Climate Update (GSCU) provides the world community global‐scale expert assessments of the ongoing and upcoming seasonal climate along with information on robustness of the available forecast signals. The GSCU is intended as guidance for Regional Climate Centres (RCCs), Regional Climate Outlook Forums (RCOFs) and National Meteorological and Hydrological Services (NMHSs). It does not constitute an official forecast for any region or nation. Seasonal outlooks for any region or nation should be obtained from the relevant RCCs or NMHS.
